Our Story

Lizzy received her BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Old Dominion University in 2017 and started her career in Augusta, GA as a project engineer working on residential and commercial projects.  In 2021, Lizzy relocated to Charlotte, NC to work as a Project Coordinator for CESO, a civil and design firm, assisting with rezoning/annexation and permitting efforts for 35+ projects.  Lizzy was promoted to Project Manager and led the team through permitting, project delivery and construction administration for 25+ residential and commercial projects.

Cameron earned his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia. He began his career in Atlanta, GA at Niles Bolton Associates, working on the delivery of construction documentation sets for a wide variety of residential and commercial projects. After deciding to move back home to Charlotte, Cameron joined LandDesign where he spent the next six years, representing the bulk of his professional consulting experience. At LandDesign, he managed work for a wide variety of projects spanning the Southeast region. Projects types included: Large scale master planning, entertainment district planning, parks, greenways, and urban infill. He then moved on from consulting to private land development and has helped entitle and manage construction for 1500+ lots. Cameron has a passion for great design and building lasting relationships in the land development industry.

Micah graduated from James Madison University in 2002 and immediately fled to the warm air and sandy shores of Charleston, SC. He has spent the last 21 years in the residential home market as a homebuilding construction manager, general brokerage sales agent, and land acquisition director with a national home builder. Micah has spent his career working the Carolina Coast from Savannah, GA to Wilmington, NC.

Chris began his career in homebuilding in 2013 in the permitting department at DR Horton’s Charleston Division. He quickly realized he had an interest in land development, and by demonstrating a proficiency for problem solving in site planning, grading, and stormwater, Chris was promoted to Land Coordinator and his passion for land development continued to grow.  In this role Chris worked closely with engineers and governmental agencies to ensure a swift permitting timeline and adherence to regulations. Chris then took the role of Land Development Project Manager where he developed dozens of communities throughout the lowcountry and peripheral markets. Eventually Chris transitioned to the role of Land Development Manager where, while continuing to develop lots and expand DR Horton’s market share, he also assumed the leadership position and grew a successful development team. Over his career with DR Horton, Chris and his development team have been instrumental in developing over 8,000 lots. Chris enjoys the process and challenges that come with land development and believes that success in land development is rooted in relationships and accountability.  As Stillwater Development’s Land Development Manager in Coastal Carolina, Chris will utilize his experience, expertise, and relationships to deliver best in class land development practices for Stillwater Development and its clients.
